State of Enterprise Loyalty Infrastructure
State of Enterprise Loyalty Infrastructure is Loyalty Methods' annual research program on how large organizations run, govern and replace their loyalty platforms. It surveys and interviews marketing, technology and finance leaders at enterprises operating high-volume loyalty programs. The first edition is in fieldwork; findings will be published here in full as HTML, with a PDF available for a work email.
Why this research exists
The category has opinions. It needs data.
Most published loyalty research measures consumer sentiment. Very little measures the operating reality inside the enterprise: how long a rule change takes to reach production, who approves it, how liability is reconciled, how migrations are governed, and what stops teams from replacing a platform they know is holding them back.
This program measures those things. It is designed to be cited: definitions are published with the results, the methodology is stated in full, and every figure carries its sample size and fieldwork dates.
