We learned loyalty in production, then engineered a better way forward

Loyalty Methods is an enterprise loyalty software company founded in 2007 and headquartered in Irving, Texas. It builds, implements and operates ReactorCX, the enterprise loyalty platform behind programs at 7-Eleven, Gap Inc., MGM Resorts, Western Union and bp. The company started as the team that integrated and migrated other vendors' loyalty systems, and the engineers who build ReactorCX are the people who deliver it and run it in production.

How this is measured

Count of member records held in live production ReactorCX programs, de-duplicated within each program; not active members. As of 2026-Q3.

How this is measured

Count of activities evaluated by the ReactorCX rules engine across all production tenants in the trailing 12 months. As of 2026-Q3.

Zero unplanned production downtime since
How this is measured

No unplanned production outage of the ReactorCX platform since it became the primary system of record (first SafeSwitch cutover, 7-Eleven, February 2020). As of 2026-Q3.

Our story

We didn't start with a platform. We started inside real loyalty programs, integrating, migrating and operating systems where downtime wasn't an option.

Over time, a pattern became clear. Enterprise loyalty doesn't live in one system. It spans point of sale, payments, digital channels, partner platforms and data infrastructure. Most tools were rigid or stitched together, forcing brands to adapt their business to the technology.

So we made a different choice. We engineered ReactorCX to operate as the loyalty decision layer inside the enterprise: integrating cleanly across systems, executing real-time logic at scale, and supporting change over time without disruption.

Our mission has not changed since the integrator years: to help companies build and support large-scale customer experience solutions, and to do it safely, simply, quickly and elegantly.

"We built ReactorCX to operate inside the enterprise, not around it."

The journey

From enterprise loyalty engineering to real-time platform delivery

  1. 2007

    System integrator origins

Founded to implement and integrate early enterprise loyalty systems where loyalty acted as the central system of record.

  2. 2008 to 2013

    Enterprise delivery at scale

Learning how loyalty really works by implementing large-scale programs across airlines, hospitality, retail and finance.

  3. 2014 to 2016

    A better way forward

Recurring integration challenges drove investment into real-time rules, ledgering and event-processing components.

  4. 2016

    ReactorCX architecture defined

A headless, event-driven, API-first loyalty engine, designed to operate inside existing enterprise ecosystems rather than replace them.

  5. 2018

    Enters controlled production

ReactorCX deployed alongside legacy systems, processing live traffic in parallel to validate correctness, scale and determinism.

  6. February 2020

    The 7-Eleven cutover

ReactorCX moved from parallel operation to primary execution for 7-Eleven across the US and Canada. Controlled cutover, no downtime, no customer impact: the proof-of-paradigm moment for everything that followed.

  7. 2022

    SafeSwitch™ formalized

What began as a delivery pattern during early migrations became SafeSwitch™, a repeatable zero-downtime cutover methodology for large loyalty platforms.

  8. 2022 to 2024

    Multi-brand, multi-region expansion

Programs spanning multiple brands, lines of business and geographies on a single engine, with governance and partner connectivity maturing to support complex ecosystems.

  9. 2025

    AI capabilities go live

The open, API-first architecture made native AI integration possible without rebuilding the platform: predictive engagement, intelligent offer decisioning and an assistant for program managers, operating inside the platform's approval controls.

  10. 2026

    Gap Inc. Encore

Four brands unified and redesigned on one program in seven months with zero downtime at cutover, presented on the CRMC main stage.

How we work

Built, delivered and operated by the same people

Built in-house

Privately held. ReactorCX is engineered and maintained by the same teams who deliver it and operate it in production.

Fits the enterprise

Designed to integrate across existing systems and data flows, not to replace them.

Disciplined delivery

Parallel validation, controlled promotion deployment and zero-downtime cutovers are built into how we operate.

Partnership and problem-solving

We work directly inside complex environments, with enterprise teams, on real operational problems.

We own the outcome.

Your loyalty outcome is our problem: the integration that sits outside the product, the data that came from the old system, the requirement nobody wrote down. This is how we work, not a contractual guarantee, and it comes from where we started.

What we don't say

"That belongs to your SI." "That is an integration issue." "That is your data." "That was not in the requirements." "Our software is operating correctly."

What we do

Vision Alignment maps every system and feed before a platform is chosen. ThreadSync™ funds change management as a delivery thread. SafeSwitch™ proves a migration on your traffic and keeps the old system live until you say the new one is right.

What it means for you

If the program is not live, members are not whole, or finance cannot reconcile the numbers, we are not done.
