Introduction
Welcome to Loyalty Methods ("we", "our", "us"). Protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we gather, use and safeguard information when you visit our website, https://loyaltymethods.com.
Information we collect
Usage data
When you interact with our website, we may collect certain information about your visit to help improve your experience. This may include:
- Device and browser type
- Operating system
- Pages visited on our site
- Time and date of access
- Referring URLs
Information you provide
When you submit a form on this site (for example to request a demo, a review session or the security pack), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email address, company, role and message, so that the matching team can respond.
How we use the information
The information we collect is used to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
- Enhance, personalize and improve the functionality of our website and services.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our website.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activity.
How we share information
We do not sell or trade information to external parties. However, we may share information with trusted third-party service providers for purposes such as website maintenance, analytics or technical support. These providers are bound by agreements to ensure data is used solely for these purposes.
In certain circumstances, information may be disclosed to comply with legal requirements or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or others.
Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no non-essential cookie and loads no third-party tracking script until you consent through the cookie notice. Before you choose, the scripts below are held inert and no analytics or marketing cookie is written. You can change your choice at any time from the notice, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Two categories are offered, and this is what each one loads.
Analytics
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Measures which pages are read and how people move through the site. Sets
_gaand_ga_*. - Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited). The Analytics property is linked to a Google Ads account, so accepting analytics also loads a Google Ads conversion and remarketing tag, which sets
_gcl_auand may contactdoubleclick.net. This is advertising measurement and you should read the analytics choice as including it.
Marketing
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.). Our CRM and marketing platform. Its tracking script recognises returning visitors and links a form submission to the pages that preceded it. Sets
hubspotutk,__hstc,__hssrcand__hssc, and loads related HubSpot services for analytics, banners, collected forms and advertising pixels. - LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). Loaded through HubSpot's advertising integration. Measures the performance of advertising on LinkedIn.
Loaded without consent, and why
- The HubSpot form embed. The contact and request forms are hosted by HubSpot. The form itself loads when you reach it whether or not you have accepted cookies, because otherwise declining cookies would mean you could not contact us. On its own it sets no tracking cookie; the HubSpot cookies above are set only if you accept marketing.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (Google Ireland Limited). Loaded by the HubSpot form to tell a person from an automated submission. It runs before consent because the form cannot be protected from abuse after the fact. Google receives your IP address and information about your interaction with the page. Google's privacy policy and terms apply.
- Embedded video. Where a page embeds a video we use YouTube's no-cookie host, which does not set a tracking cookie unless you play the video.
Each of these providers is a separate controller or processor of the data it receives, under its own privacy policy. Transfers outside the UK and EEA rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Data security
We employ a variety of administrative, technical and physical measures to secure the data collected through our website. While we strive to protect all information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection.
Third-party links
Our website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before engaging with their services.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle information.
