Partners settle from the same ledger members earn on

The ReactorCX partner ecosystem capabilities let an enterprise loyalty platform run co-brand, coalition and vendor-funded programs with financial discipline: partner wallets and sub-balances, funding attribution at the point of accrual, escrow, date-relative co-marketing billing, settlement and reconciliation, all recorded in the same ledger as member balances. FeedXChange™ handles partner data exchange at enterprise scale.

Partner ledger

What the ledger records for every partner

Partner wallets and sub-balances

Unlimited currency types and point purses per brand. Points are tagged by source (partner, location, channel, promotion) and tracked as sub-balances within one unified member balance.

Vendor funding and escrow

Partner-funded offers carry their funding source through burn, expiry and settlement. Escrowed accruals are held and released by rule, with AccrualEscrowEvent and AccrualExpiryEvent published to downstream systems.

Burn order

FIFO and tagged burn order decide which purse a redemption draws from, so a mixed redemption settles to the right brand and partner at the line item.

Date-relative co-marketing billing

Bill partners on the terms of each offer, with attribution tracked at the sub-balance level for line-of-business and partner reporting.

Settlement and reconciliation

Settlement is produced from the same lineage as the member ledger and exported at the transaction level for finance.

Vendor-protected arbitration

When overlapping offers include vendor-funded promotions, the arbitration engine can apply vendor-protected policy so funding commitments are honored.

Data exchange

FeedXChange™: partner data exchange at scale

Batch feeds still run a lot of the world's partner integrations, especially co-branded credit cards, airlines, hotels and coalition partners operating on established formats and schedules. FeedXChange™ simplifies the configuration, connectivity, security, execution and monitoring of hundreds or thousands of individual feeds.

  • Reusable feed templates and support for key partner processes.
  • Connection and security management; encryption and compression options.
  • Feed dependency management and scheduling.
  • Logging, monitoring, alerting and error-code translation.

Underneath, each row in a partner feed is split into an individual transaction and runs through the same real-time rules engine that handles API and event traffic, so batch behavior is consistent with synchronous behavior.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does ReactorCX attribute points to a partner?

Points are tagged at the source (partner, location, channel, promotion) and tracked as sub-balances inside one unified member wallet, so every partner-funded accrual carries its funding source through burn, expiry and settlement.

How do coalition and co-brand partners integrate?

Primarily through FeedXChange™, which provides the configuration, connectivity, security, execution and monitoring layer for hundreds or thousands of batch feeds. Each row runs through the same real-time rules engine as API traffic.

Can partners fund offers and be billed on their own terms?

Yes. ReactorCX supports partner wallets, vendor funding, escrow concepts and date-relative co-marketing billing, with settlement produced from the same lineage as the member ledger.
