ReactorCX completes its SOC 2® Audit! Security is our Top Priority.

We learned loyalty in production, then engineered a better way forward.

We solve the hardest problems where enterprise loyalty spans systems, teams, and scale.

Our Story

We didn’t start with a platform. We started inside real loyalty programs, integrating, migrating, and operating systems where downtime wasn’t an option.

Over time, a pattern became clear. Enterprise loyalty doesn’t live in one system. It spans POS, payments, digital channels, partner platforms, and data infrastructure. Most tools were rigid or stitched together, forcing brands to adapt their business to the technology.

So we made a different choice.

We engineered ReactorCX to operate as the loyalty decision layer inside the enterprise, integrating cleanly across systems, executing real-time logic at scale, and supporting change over time without disruption.

We built ReactorCX to operate inside the enterprise, not around it.

The Journey

From enterprise loyalty engineering to real-time platform delivery. Proven in production.

2007
Loyalty engineering origins

Loyalty Methods was founded to implement and integrate early enterprise loyalty systems in complex environments where loyalty acted as a central system of record.

2008 - 2013
Enterprise delivery at scale

The team delivered large-scale loyalty implementations across airlines, hospitality, retail, and financial services, gaining deep exposure to how loyalty actually operates inside the enterprise.

2014 - 2016
Platform investment begins

Recurring implementation challenges drove reinvestment into internal components for real-time rules execution, ledgering, and event processing.

2016
ReactorCX architecture defined

A headless, event-driven, API-first loyalty engine designed to operate inside existing enterprise ecosystems rather than replace them.

2018
ReactorCX enters controlled production

ReactorCX was deployed alongside legacy systems, processing live traffic in parallel to validate correctness, scale, and determinism.

February 2020: The Button Push

7-Eleven Cutover
ReactorCX transitioned from parallel operation to primary execution for 7-Eleven across the U.S. and Canada. Legacy systems remained live until parity was proven, then traffic was switched in a controlled cutover with no downtime and no customer impact.

2022
SafeSwitch formalized

What began as a delivery pattern during early enterprise migrations was formalized as SafeSwitch™, a repeatable, zero-downtime cutover methodology for large loyalty platforms.

2022 - 2024
Multi-brand, multi-region expansion

Programs spanning multiple brands, lines of business, and geographies operated on a single engine, with governance and partner connectivity maturing to support complex ecosystems.

2025
Trust the Method articulated

The principles behind how Loyalty Methods has always worked, modernization without disruption, ownership of outcomes, and proof in production, were formally articulated.

How We Work

Built in-house

Privately held. ReactorCX is engineered and maintained by the same teams who deliver and operate it in production.

Fits the enterprise

Designed to integrate across existing systems and data flows, not replace them.

Disciplined delivery

Parallel validation, controlled promotion deployment, and zero-downtime cutovers are built into how we operate.

Partnership and problem-solving

We work directly inside complex environments, collaborating with enterprise teams to solve real operational challenges.
