How do we migrate from Antavo to ReactorCX?
SafeSwitch™ runs ReactorCX in parallel with your current platform, forwards production traffic to both, and compares the results transaction by transaction. Rule audits and performance tests run before any member sees the new system. Routing flips once the two systems agree, with rollback paths kept open. ThreadSync™ organizes the build as parallel workstreams, so the program is running in shadow long before cutover.
What happens to member point balances and tier status during a migration?
Migration is judged against full production parity rather than a one-time file import. The new platform processes the same qualifying transactions as the old one, in shadow, so balances, tier status, and member state reconcile between systems before any member moves.
Can several brands share one member balance and settle between partners?
Yes. ReactorCX runs point purses per brand as sub-balances inside one member wallet, resolves mixed baskets at the line item, and produces partner billing and settlement outputs with transaction-level exports. Gap Inc. runs Encore across Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta on this model, with each brand keeping its own earning rules and books.
Can we run promotions for shoppers who are not loyalty members?
Yes. The same engine that prices a member's basket prices the whole customer base at the point of sale, account or no account. Amount off, percent off, buy one get one, mix and match, and combo deals resolve at the line item without a separate discounting system, and a shopper who enrolls later carries pre-enrollment activity into the member record.
Do you integrate with our commerce stack (POS, ecommerce, CRM, data warehouse)?
ReactorCX is headless, API-first, and event-driven, built to integrate into an existing enterprise stack rather than replace it. Loyalty activity flows through APIs and event streams, so POS, ecommerce, CRM, and data platforms consume the same events the loyalty engine acts on.
