The SOC 2 audit was conducted by CertPro, an independent CPA firm, the leading provider in cybersecurity compliance trusted by global organizations , examining Loyalty Methods’ controls against the stringent Trust Service Criteria, which include:

- Confidentiality: To ensure that information defined as confidential within the system is protected.
